USPA ® Expedites Getting Your Insurance Money After Disasters
Following Wilma’s disastrous impact that destroyed her roof, Lorna Pemberton of Fort Lauderdale received the shocking news that she was denied her claim for repair by her homeowners insurance company. Recently widowed and with no one to help her, she was at her wit’s end, until a friend mentioned her plight to Dimitriy Manasov of United States Public Adjusters, LLC. He immediately became Lorna’s hero by stepping in, contesting the decision of the insurer, and successfully getting Lorna an insurance check payable to her for $38,712.64.

Bad Faith Claim Practices (aka Unfair Insurance Claim Practices)

Judge Rules for Condo Owners in Insurance Case
DESTIN — A judge has awarded residents of a Norriego Point condominium $4.5 million in a fight with their insurance company over damages from Hurricane Ivan.
The East Pass Towers II Condominium Association and Citizens Property Insurance Co. have been in a disagreement over the storm’s damage to 46 units.
In a judgment issued last week, Okaloosa County Circuit Judge Thomas Remington sided with the condo owners.
